It’s going to be a quick post – I had to work late tonight, and it’s Biggest Loser! It took all of about 5 minutes to put it together and it baked while I blogged yesterday morning. Sadly, no one plays anywhere near where I live so I only see random games on t.v. In their test kitchen, the decided all cheddar cheese made the soup grainy. Contestants in “The Biggest Loser” go on a restricted diet, drink tons of water, and exercise all the time. Two eggs, taco meat, cheese and a slice of toasted dark rye with a shmear of butter. I started with “meatloaf” mix.
I drank what life poured, usually liquid blubber masquerading as diet soda. Each week, the team that has lost the lowest percentage of their total weight must eliminate one member. Add salt and pepepr to taste. Downpour. Transfer to oven and cook until meat registeres 125 degrees (mine took about 1 1/2 hours – use a temp probe if you can!)
