If you’re like me, having healthy snacks around is a must to keep you on track with your special diet, and they need to be low carb if you are dealing with candida. In last night’s session, an attendee shared that s/he had taken their glucose readings from well over 400 mg/dl to between 100-160 mg/dl…in ONE week. So many times, I throw in personal stories, anecdotes or random jib jab which I think others would find interesting or humorous. Well, there’s chicken in the fridge that needs to be eaten…. Follow the recipe you have and leave out the sugar. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes, until just set. The cool whip makes this mousse light and fluffy without the added fat and calories of heavy cream.
So what the heck is up with me? Add the egg, oil, Syrup or Splenda, and water. This is chocolate nirvana. I don’t have a mixer (only a whisk), and I found this to be very convenient. I love that you don’t have to heat your house with the oven to make this delicious
