Sleep plays an important role in physical and mental health. But studies out this week outline possibly dire health consequences for depriving ourselves of lengthy slumber. Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is a disorder that affects the structure of retinal blood vessels due to long-standing diabetes mellitus. The method presented in this paper is tested using standard images from the early treatment diabetic retinopathy study. The results are compared with digital fundus image using image processing techniques. Images of eight categories of various annotations and 10 images in each category have been used to test the consistency of the proposed algorithms. Cone density measurements were evaluated with ANOVA that consisted of one between-subjects factor, stage of retinopathy and the within-subject factors. The better side of the photographic pair was selected and images were evaluated again using the same procedure except using non-stereo (monoscopic) images (4W-M). For moderate non-proliferative or more severe DR the sensitivity was 100% for images captured both with and without pupil dilation.

There are tactful (nice) ways of letting someone know about bad breath. Brushing, flossing and mouthwash only mask the odor. Xylitol, a natural sweetener, can prevent the growth of the bacteria that cause bad breath.
