One of the main distinguishing factors between Silverleaf Nightshade and Purple Nightshade is the color of the berry. Silverleaf has yellow berries and Purple has green berries.

The leaf shape is also different. Purple Nightshade has oval leaves, Silverleaf has lance shaped leaves.
